The filled pouch is simply placed into the chamber and the machine carries out the evacuation
and sealing operations. Practical solution: in the case of powdered products, an evacuation
throttle ensures smooth air evacuation.

How it works:

The vacuum chamber is opened at the side. You then place the product in the heat-sealable
film pouch on the AGV's roller conveyor, the height of which can be adjusted. A support
makes sure the upright pouch does not tip over and the neck of the pouch is held between the
seal bars in such a way that a wrinkle-free sealed seam is produced. Then set the control system,
close the vacuum chamber - and the packaged product is ready in no time at all.

The control panel on the top of the machine is within easy reach while protected against damage.
The microprocessor control unit makes it simple even for untrained personnel to
operate the machine. Settings for 20 product groups can be stored, allowing the operator
to complete the packaging operation with the press of a single button.
