Packaging is a Simple Process with the T 200
The filled trays are loaded in the drawer (1) of the T 200 and the upper web (2) is
clamped in the film holding device simply by clicking it in position. The packaging
operation is started automatically by pushing the tray drawer in manually. Depending
on the packaging program, the trays are sealed in atmosphere or following evacuation
and gas flushing (option). The excess lidding film is cut around the perimeter
of the tray by a cutting unit.

Perfect packaging is possible, even when untrained personnel are running the machine
- Fast Size Changes: A minimum number of change parts are necessary to effect a tool
size change. This enables tray sizes to be changed with only a few simple operations.
- Quality and Hygiene: Ease of cleaning and total hygiene were key objectives when the machine
was being designed. Stainless steel and other high-quality materials and validated proven individual
components are used in its construction.
