Traysealers and how they work
The pre-produced trays are fed manually into the semi-automatic traysealers. The entire process
is automated in the fully automatic traysealers: tray infeed, transport, sealing and discharge.

The trays are loaded into the tray support and
are transported into the sealing station. They
are sealed there according to the packaging
program chosen: in a vacuum, in a standard
atmosphere or in a modified inert gas atmos-
phere (MAP). After the packaging operation
has been completed, the trays are removed
manually or discharged automatically.
