Perfect hygiene. Inside and out.
The R535 is engineered to be washed down in its entirety. On the outside, corners, edges and dead spaces have consistently been avoided. Cleaning water and dirt residues simply roll off of the smooth, slanted exterior surfaces. And the interior of the machine is optimized for hygiene all the way down to the smallest design details: The chain guide and design, lifting mechanisms and mechanical elements, motors and valves, as well as all cabling. Optional special equipment:
- CIP (Cleaning in place), an automatic (self-)cleaning system and
- the cleaning position of the formatting equipment.
Optional with CIP: A new dimension in hygiene.
CIP or “Clean in Place” – with this automatic system, the R 535 cleans itself almost on its own - through a comprehensive interior tubing system and an exterior spray gun. The standardized, protocolled process ensures that the system adheres to preset cleaning cycles and the correct mixing ratios of the cleaning additives. This option is unique to Multivac machinery, and it is an enormous advantage for businesses demanding the utmost in plant hygiene. With CIP, cleaning is even more precise, and requires less effort and time.
No one packages better. It’s probably the most efficient machine of its kind.
With tool sizes of up to 1300 mm and stripping length of up to 600 packages per minute, the R 535 is one of the most efficient, if not the most efficient high performance machine available. The optimized modular lifting mechanism is also designed for exceptional performance and a long service life even in the most demanding operating conditions. The R 535 is the culmination of more than four decades of continuous machine improvement at Multivac. It offers superior, robust construction, the best packaging quality with maximum reliability.
Everything under control. Absolute process reliability.
Multivac’s newly developed IPC control system is your guarantee of problem-free operational reliability and maximum productivity. It now offers an array of new functions, e.g. a high-performance module to capture the operational data (BDE) which also enables the display of the captured operating conditions and reasons for machine stoppages. Through Ethernet and the optional OPC interface, the captured data can be exchanged between packaging equipment components and a central database. The result is consistent process reliability, higher productivity and maximum availability of your packaging line.
