Overhauling: restore and update your MULTIVAC
Over years of reliable performance your MULTIVAC is subject to normal wear and tear. Your business needs may also have evolved over this period of time.
You may elect to overhaul your MULTIVAC to take advantage of the latest packaging innovations while restoring the physical condition of your machine. These overhauls can be conducted either on site or in our factories.
A typical overhaul may include:
- Thorough cleaning
- Rewiring of electrical cabinet with new components
- Installation of new chains and sprockets
- Restoration or replacement of drive motors and servo
- Rebuild or replacement of die lifts
- Resurfacing and recoating of forming and sealing dies
- Full testing after completion
