Eltern-Kind-Event für mehr Selbstsicherheit und 10. Ferienprogramm für Mitarbeiterkinder

MULTIVAC Veranstaltungen für Familien
Wolfertschwenden, 19. Juni 2023 – Jedes dritte Kind wird in der Schulzeit Opfer von Gewalt, Mobbing oder überfordernden Konfliktsituationen. Wie können Eltern ihren Kindern in solchen Fällen helfen und die nötige Sicherheit geben? Bei einem halbtägigen Eltern-Kind-Workshop bot MULTIVAC Mitarbeitenden gemeinsam mit Christina Rathgeber, Kinder- und Jugendcoach des Bildungsträgers „Stark auch ohne Muckis“, die Möglichkeit, diesem ernsten Thema mit viel Humor, Leichtigkeit sowie Spiel und Spaß zu begegnen. Rund 45 Familien mit Kindern im Grundschulalter nahmen am Wochenende an der Veranstaltung teil.
Mit mehr Selbstbewusstsein und Selbstsicherheit durch das Leben
Der TÜV-zertifizierte Bildungsträger „Stark auch ohne Muckis“ setzt sich dafür ein, Kinder zu stärken, Mobbing aus der Gesellschaft zu verbannen und Persönlichkeitsentwicklung in Kitas, Schulen und Kinderzimmer zu bringen. „Wir freuen uns, dass wir mit Christina Rathgeber eine so kompetente Kinder- und Jugendtrainerin aus der Region als Kooperationspartner gefunden haben“, erklärt Carmen Wöhrle, HR Specialist bei MULTIVAC. „Die Kinder lernten in diesem besonderen Workshop die effektivsten Wege kennen, um mit den fünf häufigsten Formen von Konflikten umzugehen, selbstsicherer in ihrer Kommunikation und ihrem Auftreten zu werden und ihre eigenen Grenzen klarer wahrzunehmen. Die Eltern durften bei den Übungen aktiv begleiten und lernen, wie sie ihre Kinder zukünftig darin bestärken Grenzen zu setzen, wo es wichtig ist. Alle Beteiligten, Kinder wie Eltern, hatten viel Spaß und nutzten die Möglichkeit, aus sich herauszugehen. Ihr Feedback hat uns gezeigt, dass sie noch lange von den vermittelten Inhalten profitieren werden.“
Ausblick: Mitarbeiterkinder gehen wieder auf Forscherreise
Eine weitere Veranstaltung für Familien steht in den Sommerferien an: Bereits zum zehnten Mal bietet MULTIVAC am Firmenstammsitz ein buntes Ferienprogramm in Kooperation mit der gemeinnützigen Bildungseinrichtung ScienceLab e.V. an. Vom 31. Juli bis 11. August dreht sich für rund 160 Mitarbeiterkinder im Alter von fünf bis elf Jahren erneut alles um Experimente, Erlebnisse und Aktionen aus den Bereichen Naturwissenschaft und Technik. „Unser Sommerferienprogramm erfreut sich bei den teilnehmenden Familien großer Beliebtheit und ist inzwischen ein fester Bestandteil unseres Angebots für unsere Mitarbeitenden geworden. Wir unterstützen sie gerne ein Stück weit dabei, die lange Ferienzeit ihrer Schulkinder zu überbrücken und die Kinder mit spannenden, altersgerechten Aktivitäten zu begeistern“, sagt Lulzim Gojani, Executive Vice President Corporate HR bei MULTIVAC. „Auf dem Programm stehen auch in diesem Jahr vielseitige Aktivitäten rund um Naturwissenschaft und Technik, die auf unterschiedliche Altersgruppen ausgerichtet sind. So dürfen die Kinder eigene Kristalle züchten, Flugobjekte auf dem Parkplatz starten lassen, unseren grünen Planten erkunden und vieles mehr.“
